Product Strategy : While sounding like a big word, what I learned is very simple, users create products. I try to find their needs at the research stage thoroughly. The hunt is to make each story unique, each product unique. Always strive to beat the current beck-mark and be competitive in my offering. Inter team strategy is mostly keeping communication to basic indexed communication, called stories.

Design Strategy : Minimalist at the core, I believe symbols convey a deeper meaning than merely written words. Design is personal. For the users, consumers and the designers themselves. Over the years I have learned how to fetch the right idea to design from my team. Rest becomes east post that. Must have at the starters is a design system.

Communication Strategy : Honest and open.
