Update your LinkedIn profile. Get a free month premium if you don’t already have it. But don't get sucked into it everyday by setting up a routine and boundaries for yourself.
Set up a routine for yourself.
Previously when you were working, you had a routine, if your work was dictated by your calendar, set up your own personal calendar with time blocks to help with the transition.
Reach out / Talk to someone / Get support
You never know when the next opportunity may come from. Tell people you are laid off, do not be ashamed of it, you are laid off, not fired. It's not about your capabilities. Replace your negative thoughts with .
Baby steps
Break things down to the smallest action step possible so that it does not become overwhelming. Use the four pages here to guide you ( , , , )
Mix them up so that you are not stuck in procrastination or dwelling too much on the negative.

If you company is contributing into your 401(k), have you maxed it out? If so, are you in a position to do so?
Is this a good time to max out your personal 401(k) contribution?
Health Insurance (medical, dental, vision)
Can you take advantage of what’s left of your current health insurance before it expires?
FSA
Were you contributing to FSA?
How much was the intended contribution and do you need to use it up before your inactive pay period?
