The Chief Operations Officer position (COO) is a newly created position and reports to the owner. The COO will function as the primary hands-on manager for day-to-day company operations. The role will be responsible for the execution of the company’s sales, purchasing, international and domestic logistics, as well as its warehousing and distribution functions.
The COO will partner with the owner on the planning and execution of strategic initiatives to bring the company to a new level and will serve as an effective short- and long-term tactical decision maker who is comfortable aggregating intricate market driven data and facilitating effective solutions.
