Personal Note - The Academic Tracker was key to my post-concussion academic success. Keeping track of each unique accommodation given by different teachers was made super simple!

What is it?

This is a tracker used to record all the class-specific accommodations, exempted work, and missed work. I included an example tracker for you to reference as well as an empty tracker for you to use.

Why is it important?

It is important to keep track of your child’s different supports because it allows you to:

remember what assignment/test-taking accommodations they have for which classes

know which assignments they do/don’t have to make up
