Support the cleaner and guide them to do their best work.

You and the cleaner are equals in the team.

Use the cleaning manual to guide the cleaner step-by-step in the correct order.

Remind the cleaner of the method, equipment, product, and task duration when needed.

Ensure each step is completed to a high standard 🌟

Offer help and reminders as needed.

Ensure the cleaner maintains the right pace to finish all tasks on time.

Before your session:

Take a moment to review the manual.

Understand each step thoroughly.

Familiarize yourself with the products and equipment, ensuring you know how to use them correctly.

At the start of each session:

Introduce yourself to the cleaner and ensure you know their name and how to pronounce it correctly.

Inform the cleaner that our system is still evolving and may encounter technical issues. We'll adjust the manual as needed.

Provide the following instructions before starting:

"We're a team, and I'm here to support you in doing a great job."

"I'll help you stay on track and avoid common mistakes."

"Work efficiently to finish tasks on time. Don't wait for my approval, just keep going unless I say otherwise."

"I'll remind you of each task before you start."

"Feel free to ask questions whenever you need help."

Review the list of equipment and products together to ensure they have everything they need and that you're both on the same page.

Have your phone ready to set reminders for laundry and dishwasher tasks.

How to communicate with your teammate:

Speak clearly with a friendly helpful tone.

Give instructions and allow time to complete the task before speaking again.

Only provide further instructions if the cleaner asks a question or if you notice they are performing the task incorrectly.

Allow the cleaner time to respond, as there may be a slight delay.

Understand that the cleaner needs focus, so give them quiet time while they work.

Offer positive feedback when they're doing a good job.
