(Residential) Operator Process Checklist

Notes:

If the cleaner is doing a live-stream, we need to record the whole cleaning session and take screenshots for the report.
Open VLC media player and check if the live-stream is on: ​rtmp://68.183.44.100/live/test

3 Days Before The Clean:

Remind Alex about any cleaning supplies needed for the residential cleans.

1 Day Before The Clean:

Remind the cleaner of the job.

2 Hours Before The Clean:

Duplicate the report template into the reports folder, inputting necessary customer details.
Check the previous report for any special requirements for the next cleaning, such as additional supplies or extra cleaning tasks.
Communicate with the assigned cleaner, providing information relevant to residential guests along with any other specific customer requests. (if required)

On Arrival:

Confirm the cleaner has checked in on Jobber; if not, instruct them to do so.
Note down the check-in time and double-check that you have received all the pictures and documents needed to start making the report.
Request the cleaner to take photos and video before the clean and start building the report.

During The Clean:

Note any damages or maintenance issues in the report.
Check in with the cleaner 30 minutes before the expected completion to monitor progress.

After The Clean:

Ask the cleaner for photos and video after the clean.
Mark the cleaning job as completed on Jobber, adjust cleaning times, create and verify the invoice, and ensure all details in the report are accurate before sending it to the customer.
