Operator Process Checklist

Before The Clean (2 hours before):

Copy the master report template into the reports folder and fill in customer details
Review the previous report for upcoming clean requirements.
For example:
Restocking requirements
Additional cleaning tasks
Message the assigned cleaner with details:
For Airbnb’s:
Next guest’s details - (accessible via Turno on the Projects tab and project details )
For all cleans:
Pickup location and code for restocking requirements (Amazon)
Any other special customer requests.

Before Arriving:

Send a message 30 minutes before the cleaner’s arrival and confirm their check-in.
Notify the cleaner sending a message of the following (if applicable)
Estimated delivery/collection time of linen/laundry
Contact Prime Contract Laundry via WhatsApp for ETA
Request the cleaner upon arrival for:
Immediate linen/laundry and essential inventory check (e.g., toilet rolls).
Take and send landscape orientation before pictures/videos promptly.
On Arrival at cleaning location:
Ensure the cleaner has clocked in on Jobber.
Prompt them to clock in if not already done.
Complete and message the cleaner the following (if applicable):
Coordinate linen/laundry collection with the cleaner (via Prime Contract Laundry WhatsApp).
For example: (One Bed Set contains - 1 bed sheet (any size), 1 duvet cover (any size), 2 pillow cases and 1 towel)
2 Bed Sets
4 Extra Towels
1 Bath Mat
Record check-in time in the cleaning report.
Verify receipt of all relevant pictures and videos:
For example:
Ensure all media is in landscape orientation.
2-3 minute video walkthrough from door entry walking into each room
Picture of each room before the clean
Begin compiling the report:
Incorporate all "before" pictures and videos into the report.

During The Clean:

Record any damage or maintenance issues in the report.
Check in with the cleaner about 30 minutes before the expected completion time.

After The Clean:

Ensure you have the following details from the cleaner: (NOTE OF INVENTORY MINIMUMS)
Inventory of restocking items specific to the property.
For example:
1 (Full) - Hand Wash
5 - Toilet Rolls
2 - Kitchen Rolls
Inventory of linen:
For example:
0 - Double Bed Sheet (1 in use)
1 - King Size Duvet Cover (1 in use)
Dishwasher tablets - (1/4 full) - Low
Review photos and videos to identify any missed damages or maintenance issues.
Confirm that the cleaner has clocked out and update the timesheet accordingly.
Notify management of any restocking requirements.
