Operator Process

Before Arriving:
Copy the master report template into the reports folder and fill in relevant customer details
Send a reminder 30 minutes before arrival to check in with the cleaner’s arrival time
Notify the cleaner with: (if applicable)
Estimated linen/laundry delivery/collection time.
Customer's special requests.
Pickup location for items to be restocked (Amazon, GoPuff, etc.).
On Arrival:
Ensure the cleaner has clocked in on Jobber.
If not, notify them to clock in immediately
Start the project on Turno.
Arrange collection of dirty linen/laundry (Prime Contract Laundry). e.g.:
2 Double Bed Sheets
2 King Size Duvet Covers
4 Pillow Cases
8 Towels
2 Bath Mats
Note check-in time on the cleaning report
Confirm receipt of all relevant pictures and videos, ensuring:
Landscape orientation
2-3 minute video walkthrough from door entry into each room
Picture of each room before the clean
Start building the report
Add all the “before” pictures and videos to the report
During the Clean:
Note any damage or maintenance issues in the report.
Check in with the cleaner about 30 minutes before expected completion time.
After the Clean:
Ensure you have all the following information from the cleaner:
Inventory of restocking items (property specific), e.g.:
Hand Wash: 1 (Full)
Toilet Rolls: 4
Kitchen Rolls: 2
Inventory of linen, e.g.:
0 - Double Bed Sheet (1 in use)
1 - King Size Duvet Cover (1 in use)
2 - Pillow Cases (4 in use)
3 - Towels (4 in use)
1 - Bath Mats (1 in use)
Inventory of cleaning supplies, e.g.:
All-Purpose Spray: 0
Floor Cleaner: 1 (Half-empty)
Glass Cleaner: 1 (Full)
Bleach: 2
Check for all relevant pictures and videos
All videos and pictures in landscape orientation
2-3 minute video walkthrough from door entry through each room
Pictures of each room after cleaning
Confirm the cleaner has completed the following:
Returned keys to the key safe
Clocked out on Jobber.
Complete the project on Turno:
Paste the Coda document link into the project notes and set correct sharing permissions
Finish the cleaning report:
Note down check-out time
Add all “after” pictures and videos
Complete the checklist
For the laundry collection, provide a timeframe for arrival that is 30 minutes to an hour after the cleaner is scheduled to arrive and an hour before they leave.
For example, if the cleaner is scheduled to arrive at 11am and leave at 3pm, the laundry collection window should be 11:30am - 2pm.
