Master Cleaning Manual

To-do changes to this document:
Add photos for every room after it's cleaned.
Include an introduction on expectations regarding speed and quality.
Incorporate critical checks into the bathroom guide.
Supplement cleaning products with pictures.

Open problems:
Address the issue of the cleaner not following instructions from the remote manager. Consider having Makoy handle this initially to avoid changing multiple variables simultaneously (cleaner candidate and operations candidate).
Explore using a timeline instead of a checklist for tasks.
Ensure that the WiFi is checked and fixed in all areas of the property.
Gather equipment upfront to streamline the cleaning process.
Begin each session with a 5-minute tour of the home, noting any observations in each room and reporting them to the remote manager.
Consider capturing a 3D scan of the home before and after each cleaning session for documentation purposes.
Develop a method to catalog all objects in the home to allow customers to state preferences or track item locations. Determine how this benefits both the customer and the remote manager or cleaner.
Find a solution to prevent the candidate from being overly sensitive to being heard by people in the room, potentially using cameras for monitoring instead of in-person presence.
Address the issue of the phone falling out during operations.
Ensure that the remote manager provides guidance rather than micromanaging the cleaner.
