ACTION - Upon arrival:
Clock in Jobber and notify the operator of your arrival
Inspect the property and report any damages or maintenance issues identified during the walkthrough.
Gather all used linens and notify the operator on WhatsApp for laundry collection.
Gather cleaning supplies and linens for changeovers.

ROOM - Bedroom:
Clear any clutter and dispose of any rubbish.
Check under furniture and in storage spaces for any left items from the guest. Set them aside and report or dispose of them as needed.
Dust all surfaces with a microfiber cloth, including various areas and objects within the room.
Wipe down all surfaces with a multi-surface cleaner.
Clean mirrors and glass surfaces with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth, ensuring a streak-free finish.
Change bed linens, pillowcases, and duvet covers with fresh sets.
Fluff pillows and arrange towels neatly on the bed, ensuring they are evenly spread and presented in an inviting manner.

ROOM - Bathroom:
Clear clutter and dispose of rubbish.
Spray bathroom cleaner on countertops, sinks, and shower/bath surfaces. Let it sit for a few minutes to loosen grime and stains.
Clean the shower/bath and sink, drains, and plugs, removing visible dirt and hair.
Wipe down walls, tiles, and grout lines with a damp microfibre cloth or sponge to remove any dust, splashes, or stains.
Clean countertops and sinks with a cloth soaked in multi-purpose cleaner. Pay attention to corners, ensuring no hairs.
Scrub the shower/bathtub surfaces with bathroom cleaner and a microfibre cloth, removing soap scum and mildew. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
Clean chrome fixtures with a damp microfibre cloth and Viakal cleaner, then polish with a dry microfiber cloth.
Clean mirrors with glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth.
AApply toilet bowl cleaner inside the toilet bowl and scrub. Wipe down the exterior, including the seat and base, with bathroom cleaner. Clean the area behind the toilet.
Empty and disinfect the bin, replace the liner.
Disinfect door knobs, light switches, and commonly touched surfaces.
Restock essential items like toiletries and household necessities, if provided.

ROOM - Kitchen:
Clear any clutter and dispose of rubbish.
Empty the refrigerator, freezer, and cupboards of any expired or leftover food items.
Empty the toaster crumb tray and rinse out the kettle.
Inspect cupboards and drawers to ensure kitchen items are neatly arranged and correctly placed. Check for any dirty items and clean them before storing. Adjust as needed to maintain organization and accessibility for guests.
Dust all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, including various areas and objects within the kitchen.
Clean the interior and exterior of appliances, cupboards, and surfaces.
Empty the bin, clean it, and replace the liner.
Sanitise frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and cabinet handles.
Restock cleaning essentials as needed.

ROOM - Living Room:
Clear any clutter and dispose of any rubbish.
Check under furniture for any rubbish, lost items, or dust.
Dust all surfaces with a microfibre cloth, including various areas and objects within the room.
Inspect beneath the sofa cushions for spills or dirt and clean thoroughly.
Clean and polish all surfaces and pieces of furniture.
Sanitise frequently touched items like doorknobs, light switches, and remotes.

ACTION - Hoover and Mop
Hoover the entire property, starting from the top and working your way down. Use hoover attachments to clean corners and edges.
Mop the entire property with a floor cleaner, paying attention to corners and edges. Let the floor air dry or dry it with a cloth.
Spray a light air freshener to give the property a pleasant scent.

ACTION - Final Checks:
Conduct required inventory checks and notify the operator through WhatsApp.
Complete a final inspection to ensure the area is welcoming and ready for new guests.
Return keys to the key safe.
Clock out of Jobber and notify the operator through WhatsApp of your departure.
