Modify (Assessment Request) to be against (Specific Role) then retrieve the list of (mapped Competencies on SAP). Add feature to map each Test (Vendor or Tailor made) with list of (Competencies on Specific Level). Enable Assessment team to view/modify the list of competencies while designing the Assessment Workflow Assign Assessment template to Role and/or competencies Add feature to prepare the Consolidated report Calculate the average score per Competency from all related test. Allocate competency score on Rank Level (which is global configuration) for each Competency, the user mark the passed “indicators” which related to the selected competency level. Enable user to describe the “feedback Summery” of candidate assessment.
Cannot assign multiple test if there is conflicts on competency level. The report should contain only the list of competencies mapped to successfully Passed Tests. The Assessment team should be able to edit the (average score of the competency) while generating the report. Interview test shouldn’t contain Questions, instead it should list the Competency with related indicators which the assessor shall “select” and define score for.
