Currently, The requester would be internal (stc employee) and candidate/Assessor may be internal or external.
Need to have upload bulk of candiate (excel sheet with +100)
In case of the integration with any of crucial vendors were not feasible, Assessment team should have a feature to create (offline) test and upload the test results manually to the system.
For any test; assessment team may define {Rank Levels} mapped to ranges on test score.
The dynamic workflow; The Assessment consist of a series of tests which are in a chronological order. so that the assessment team should be able to create a {Step} and add one test, define a {threshold} which allow the candidate to move to next step.
An Assessment may be (Interview or Consultation) that made by an Assessor —not the candidate.
The authority matrix controls who’s eligible to view the the assessment results and reports.
The assessment should be assigned to an assessment member.
