sAs we are building an internal platform to automate the E2E Assessment journey. We seek your support to explore and study the integration capabilities so that we fulfil a key business goal.

Questions

What are the ways of possible integrations available (web services, file based, …)? REST API.

How frequently should we fetch the data? Push

The list of assessment types as key/value pairs, and if it is generally or specified for stc. IDs are Generally and we gonna to maintain them at our side manually.

Should we have Lag time between creating the test and test date or can be same day? yes can be created same day.(live)

Is there any constraints to create a test after 6 months from today? sure.

In case of failure what should we do, How we handle this failure? logging for the internal error and functional errors replied through the API.

What happened if the candidate having issues to complete the test ? How we handle this failure? support from AADC to make seamless experience for candidate.

What error codes that will be provide to us?

Use the generic APIs to create a new test for one or more participant & Get the test results/reports if they fulfill the needs. otherwise, discuss the capabilities to create custom API for stc.
