If you are running into issues with your TeleGo mobile app a common troubleshooting step is to reset the application. This will log you out of the app and close out the application.
To do so, please follow the following steps -
Open the APP and go to Menu
Navigate to the settings button at the top right corner of the application
At the bottom of the settings screen you will see an option to reset application. Proceed with resetting.
You will be logged out of the app and it will close out, please log back in with your QR code.
Check to see that your extension is green at the top right to confirm it is registered!
