How to Enable OPUS on the APP Existing Users For IOS

To enable OPUS on an app that’s already registered please follow the steps laid out below.

Open the APP and Tap on the settings Icon

Then Tap on the Account Setup

Then Hit the Save button on the top left

It will appear as if nothing happened once you hit this button, you may see the screen flicker, but the app has updated the provisioning. Return to the dialer, and the next call made with the app will be on OPUS

*Please note this was tested using Dependable Management Ext. 209 so this does work even if it looks like it doesn’t. Bad UI by the app developers for IOS
