Register in and Book a call with 1 colleagues for this week. Also, book a call with your social buddy using Outlook calendar.

Login to Zoom from MatcHR email
Update your LinkedIn profile according to these → if you will work directly for a client update your LinkedIn profile with the header of our client.

Build a sourcing / hiring strategy for your client and present to team lead
Do a search on LinkedIn and scrape 10 candidates using SalesQL
Check emails for deliverability with Bouncer
Create a fake job in Loxo
Upload 3 candidates to Loxo to a job
Delete the fake job from Loxo
Practice an intake call based on our intake form for the role you are working on and introduce yourself

Create a follow up campaign in Trinsly and send a test email to your hiring manager (only after you watched the Trinsly video, the AmazingHiring training, video of Batman and checked 2 different outreach campaigns)

Create interview scripts for your roles based on current knowledge

Practice

Source 10 people on Linkedin with SalesQL one by one AND Upload those profiles to Loxo (with CSV upload)
Record one IV with a ‘fake’ candidate with one of our recruiters presenting the opportunity of your client. Interview the candidate along the lines of IPMERC and sell your clients position

Day 5

Practice pitch MatcHR with your manager
Source for your candidates for your client
Go through your social checklist
Don’t forget to send a giphy on your mood how your first week was in the group chat :)
