File Handoff

When all files are completed and ready to be distributed to the client, we will send them back via our “Final Mechanical” folder. The Final Mechanical folder should only be used when final files are ready to be delivered to client. Leave your original folder open so team can verify correct files are included, then zip it up when you receive the OK from your Creative Director. Don’t forget your approval documentation.
You usually need to include these folders (sometimes you may need to add additional folders depending on the type of project- ie if you have motion graphics AND social media posts AND figma files.)

Basic Checklist of included files:

•Design (Packaged Native Files)
•Approval Documentation
•Hero Images
•Images
•Copy

Make sure to zip the file after you receive CD approval!
