Welcome to the Coda Nutrition Tracker!

Read on to learn how to use, then get your own copy
Never miss your calorie and protein targets again, no matter your goals.

First, some set up:

- Enter your information and goals to receive an estimated TDEE
TDEE - Total Daily Energy Expenditure, an estimation of how many calories you burn per day when exercise is taken into account
, - Want to adjust your calorie and protein targets? Use this section to build off the recommendations from the TDEE calculator, to use on a daily basis
, - add the foods you eat on a daily basis.
The easiest way to add many foods’ nutrition facts would be to format their information in a way that matches the table, then copy and paste it in
Alternatively, you can use the Add custom food button on the page to add single foods at any time.
, - you’re all set up! Now, click the EAT button to add a food/meal to your daily food log. After dragging the slider to indicate how many servings you had (use the grams of food column to help you determine how many servings it was).
These entries will be added to your food log
Below your food log are some summary statistics (Summary Stats section)
