Wuzzuf Hiring dashboard 2019
Hiring Teams wants an overview over their hiring funnel performance. Employers wants to get the most out of their plan and hire candidates as fast as possible. The business wants to upsell more product features. Business want to save the cost of the customer support by saving their time supporting employees finding candidates.

I couldn’t find the early sketches we had for the dashboard during ideation, it was done on pen and paper
Customers feedback from NPS
when we asked the customers what are the metrics they want to track that was their answer.
Solution: Jobs performance Widgets
We introduced Job performance chart where customers can see the overall performancer for all jobs and for each job, how many people applied, viewed, shortlisted, and hired
The change in hiring activity compared to the last period should encourage the
user to unlock more CVs or boost the job on the search which brings value to the business
The table in the second image displays the performance per job for the last 4 posted jobs
4- For each job the user should see the next step (view suggested candidates)
Highlighting suggested candidated in the table save the customer support team from spending time looking for strong candidates for the employer (scoring criteria is defined by data scientists)
Solution: plan and consumption widget
Our customers wanted to see their plan consumption so they can use their plan wisely. They wanted to see when the plan will expire
They wanted to see what their plan offers them, and whats left
We gave them a quick link to upgrade the plan credits, so they can unlock more CVs
Solution: activity widget
Activity stream helps the customer justify her/his use for Wuzzuf
It gives the customer quick access to the latest actions performed by their team
Solution: job tracking from external sources
Employers wanted to know the performance of the job posting on external networks (job boards) like facebook, linkedin, glassdoor and other classified ADs platforms such as craiglist.
User Testing
We tested the solution with the customers and gave them 3 testing Scenarions
Scenario1:
Your manager wants to evaluate the talent acquisition efforts for the past quarter, how can you help her/him with this through wuzzuf? “ Please check the performance of the Job title X, are you satisfied with the hiring performance, if not what would you do?”
Scenario 2
You’re hiring an Engineering manager , this position is quite hard to find and not so many people applied, what would you do in this sitiuation?

You have been in vacation for the past week and you want to know what your team has been doing with wuzzuf.com,
