After filling these details a link is sent to user on email to verify themselves. Post verification users is directly redirected to the platform to set password for the platform.
User has to then enter the name of the workspace or create a workspace to join a workspace.
User joins the workspace and a prompt appears asking the name of the user.
A demo of the website needs to be provided on how to do basic things basically an animation of showing where things are and how things can be done.(With an option of skip at all steps).
After joining edu_bot welcomes the user and suggests user to go and update their profile for adding further details like contact number, Profile picture of selecting some avatars, designation, bio and some more basic profile like places from, DOB and other with non of the fields being compulsory.
After this user can create channels ask questions from bot for basic level of doubts. (What ever questions are already feeded other wise we will put a message like I’m not the brightest (yet), but I can help you out with a few things in edu_talk.
Once the user has registered next time user can login through erp number or email as username and password as whatever entered.
Platform session will be live for some hours (If user is not using the website for more than 24 hours users has to login again last session will be timed out).
For connecting apps user will click on add app and then will be redirected to the particular web app place where they need to authorize by signing in their account.
