Data Import is a complicated and an important part of onboarding process. As part of Data import service, eVitalRx will import Inventory data of the chemists, however given the poor quality of existing software, there are certain limitations and it is important that users understand these limitations.
At eVitalRx, we put an emphasize on accuracy and cleanliness of data such that Chemists can actually benefit the most out of our technology and platform.

What data will not be included:

If any of the required fields are missing in existing data, it will not be included in eVitalRx inventory.
Any data with expiry dates before the specified Expiry Date (in Google Form) will be removed.
Any Stocks that is 0 or Negative will not be included in eVitalRx inventory.

Quality of Import and Mapping

Quality of import is dependent on quality of existing data and thus eVitalRx bears no responsibility for accuracy. Also, since eVitalRx uses a Centralized Product Catalogue (i.e. Item Master with only one copy), it will be Chemists’ job to map all the Items from old database to new. However, eVitalRx will help a lot in this area, by following means:
eVitalRx algorithm will map all the items that it can do it with accuracy. Usually, this results into 30-40% of total products.
eVitalRx data team will also spend 2 days in mapping all the items they can. However, usually this is limited by the quality of Data given by the Chemists. Poor Data = Poor Results
eVitalRx mobile App is very useful in mapping all the data that contains Barcode (usually cosmetic, OTC products).

Chemist can map any and all the items from Web Portal as well as Mobile Phone. If the item is not present in eVitalRx catalogue (Item Master), Chemist can simply request the product by submitting few pictures.

Termination of the Service

In the case, where a Customer decides to terminate the service of eVitalRx, eVitalRx will be responsible for providing all the data, customer info, past sales, purchase invoices and closing inventory to the Chemist in intact format. However, it is by no means eVitalRx’s responsibility to migrate that data into new Software that Chemist choose to go for.
Also, if the Customer decides to terminate the service, there will absolutely no cases where eVitalRx will entertain any refunds. However, customer’s account will be in active mode until the end of duration of contract.
Customer can wish to get back into platform anytime, they prefer.

Premium Onboarding Service


Considering, few premium clients may require hands-on premium onboarding service, where an expert staff member of eVitalRx can be present on-premise of the Customer to onboard the new customer, eVitalRx does provide this service on its merits basis.
There will be additional charges for this premium service, that is 5,000 INR per day (recommended upto 3 days max). Additionally, Customer will also be responsible for Airfare and Hotel stay charges for the duration accordingly.
eVitalRx staff member, who will be an onboarding expert, will be present on premise from 10 am to 8 PM, supporting in any and every queries that chemist may have. However, Staff Member will not be performing any action for the Chemist. Staff Member is there for only training, onboarding and query purpose.
All the payment has to be done in advance and will not be refundable in any case. No exceptions.
