Entire Onboarding process is divided into 3 phases
1) Extracting the files or Database from the existing systems like Visual soft or Marg
2) Preparing it for the data portal by decrypting or cleaning the same
3) Uploading the file with various dynamic options into Data Portal.
1) Extracting the files or Database
There is different approach for all the software and their plans. We have created docs and video tutorials for the support team to extract one for the client system and send the same to our onboarding machine.
