Blueberry Bliss Fizz (syrup):
Blueberry Ginger syrup:
1/4 Cup sugar / agave / honey
1) Add berries to a small pan (save for garnish). Slice / grate ginger into and add to pan, add sugar.
Start pan on a low heat and press berries with a muddler/masher to extract juices.
2) Add water and boil to reduce to 2/3 of the volume.
Strain and cool to room temperature. Allow mixture to gently simmer for 15 minutes stirring & pressing occasionally.
Set aside and let cool.
Blueberry Bliss fizz
For the drink:
1 oz Blueberry Ginger Syrup Berries and Mint For Garnish Optional: Can add Egg White for creaminess
3) Shake together gin with ice, pour into glass with more ice and top with soda water and fresh lime juice. Garnish with fresh blueberries
4) Add the blueberry ginger syrup, the gin and the lemon juice in the shaker. DON´T add soda to the shaker the add ice to shaker and give a quick strong shake.
Add ice to tall glass, strain cocktail over ice, top with a dash of soda, garnish with 3 blueberries
