The following selection represents a few of the many ceremonies I have designed and facilitated over the years — each crafted in response to a specific transition, question, or longing.
My ceremonial work spans private and collective settings alike, from leadership transitions and community gatherings to deeply personal rites of passage. Beyond the examples listed here, I have also designed and led ceremonies such as Post-Separation Move-In – New Home, Reclaiming the Home after Divorce, a Shame-Lifting Ritual addressing feelings of exclusion during a community event, and Journey Through Time and Taste in Urd’s Kitchen — an immersive ritual exploring the past, present, and future through sensory experience.
Each ceremony is unique, yet all share the same foundation: creating a temporary sacred space where transformation becomes possible, and where the boundary between the inner and outer world gently dissolves.
