Function Description

To support local team to show certain notification to user in FE page, we have notice config page built in DP admin.
Due to some legacy reason, we have “Notice” & “Notice V2”, currently, some products are only applicable to V2 Notice, some are only applicable to the original one.
For detailed availability, please refer to following table.
