Triage the results

After your team finishes the testathon, it’s time for you to triage and sort the bugs before you review them with your Engineering team.
As the person leading the testathon (often a Product Manager), you want to ensure that the bugs/issues your teammates added are indeed legitimate bugs vs feature requests vs already known issues being fixed to save time for your Engineering team.
In the table below, you’ll see a view of all the bugs/issues your teammates added grouped by your testathon’s participants. For each un-triaged bug/issue, add a priority of how important it is that it be fixed before your product is released.
