Triage the results
Fix your bugs
Once you’ve assigned everyone their platform to test, it’s testathon time!. If there’s a set of steps participants need to follow in order to test, you should write those here. (I’ll include an example below)

EXAMPLE: Steps for testing new coffee ordering experience

Make an account on the staging website → click

Visit the Orders tab
Click the “🆕 [TEST] Try New Ordering experience” button and get started!

Add bugs

As your team identifies any bugs/issues, they’ll click the button below to add them. To help focus each person on their submissions vs reading others, the table below has a filter to only show the current user’s submissions.

Try this out for yourself by adding a bug/issue by clicking the button below:

Note: The table below only shows bugs/issues the logged in user has reported (you can modify this as a Doc editor by clicking this table and changing the Filter option for the Submitter column to your desired preference.
