We hope that you had an amazing time in Cape Town (in general) and our home (in specific).

Departure checklist

Please go over this checklist, so that you don’t forget anything:

Close all the windows and lock the balcony door

Turn off all lights

Make sure all heaters, fans, and the air conditioner are turned off

Take all your belongings including those in the:

Bathroom: Shower, bathroom cabinet, and behind the bathroom door

Bedrooms: cabinets, drawers, bedside tables, and behind the bedroom doors

Kitchen: fridge, freezer, cabinets

Living room

Balcony

Check the wall sockets for cell phone and laptop charging cables

Close the gas valve in the kitchen cupboard

Throw out food that may spoil from the fridge and counters (non-perishables and spices can be left in the pantry)

Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher & run it

Other items left behind, like clothes, will be donated

Plug the white nanny-cam back in

Leave R500 cash cleaning fee by and please send us a photo of it

Leave all keys and remotes on the entrance cabinet where you found them

Lock the door with the code

Take the blue key out of the lockbox, the same way as when you first arrived, lock the gate, put the key back in and make sure it is locked.

Send us a message once you’re on your way!

Please also let us know if nobody slept in the second bedroom, so that Charles doesn’t wash the clean linen.
