📋 What’s Required From You

To generate meaningful insights and demonstrate the impact of the BCCSA Ergonomics Pilot Program, each participating company is expected to contribute a set number of ergonomic assessments and participate in two short surveys.
The assessments focus on three key movement types linked to workplace injuries:
Lifting Objects from the Floor
Twisting the Torso
Overhead Reaching

🔄 How to Distribute Your Assessments

Even Monthly Distribution: Spread assessments evenly throughout the 6-month pilot.
Variety of Roles: Include assessments from a range of job functions and postures (lifting, sitting, standing, reaching).
Focus on Quality: Ensure videos are clear, task-relevant, and follow the provided guidelines for accurate analysis.

We’ll conduct a mid-project review to:
Ensure assessments are on track and meet quality standards
Confirm you're meeting your monthly distribution goals
Offer support if needed

📝 Surveys to Complete

Your feedback is vital to the success of the pilot. Each company will complete two brief surveys during the program:

📆 Midterm Survey

When: Month 3 ​Purpose:
Capture early feedback on onboarding and usability
Identify any challenges or suggestions for improvement ​Time Required: 5–10 minutes ​Who Completes It: Pilot lead or main company contact

🏁 Final Survey

When: End of Month 6 ​Purpose:
Evaluate the platform’s overall impact
Collect success stories, lessons learned, and improvement ideas ​Time Required: 10–15 minutes ​Who Completes It: Pilot lead, with optional team input
