We took into account weak areas of design process and calculated a risk that could appear in current set up. We divide three variants of bad outcome: delays (additional time needed to bring value), performance loses (the team efforts needed to deliver) and lack of product’s quality (not covered user needs, scenarios, lost product market fit which potentially reduce the potential users segment).
