Other Eviction Prevention Resources

Households must be behind on rent, at risk of homelessness and at or below 80% of Area median income. Applicants are required to work with an assigned case manager to complete a screening form for prioritizing households at highest risk of homelessness AND participate in housing stability planning. Contact one of the following agencies based on household makeup.
For families and survivors of family/sexual violence, please contact the (FSC) at 360-754-9297 x 200 or by email at RentAssistance@fscss.org. Email is preferred.
For single adults and couples without children, please contact (PiPE) at 360-357-4472 or by email at EPRA@pipeolympia.org. Email is preferred.
For young adults between ages 18-24, please contact (CYS) at 360-943-0780 or by email at RentSupport@CommunityYouthServices.org. Email is preferred.

Cielo has eviction prevention and rental assistance for Spanish speaking participants if they are housed in Thurston County.

Northwest Justice Project

Fill out the online form in English or Spanish or call the Eviction Defense line at 1-855-657-8387. Interpreters available in all languages.
You will be asked to provide:
Contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email address
Income information and the number of people in your household
Personal information, including your date of birth, race and ethnicity, and gender
If you are eligible, someone will call you on the phone to connect you to an attorney from Northwest Justice Project or another legal service provider that may be in your area.
