Are you between the ages of 18-24 and need help paying rent?
CYS provides rental assistance to Thurston County residents facing eviction. We help tenants with an active eviction by paying up to 6 months of back rent. Recipients are required to meet with their case manager monthly to continue receiving assistance.

Households must be behind on rent, at risk of homelessness and at or below 80% of Area median income. Applicants are required to work with an assigned case manager to complete a screening form for prioritizing households at highest risk of homelessness AND participate in housing stability planning.
