Core values are a set of guiding principles and fundamental beliefs that help a group of people function together as a team and work toward a common business goal. These values are often related to business relationships, customer relationships, and company growth.

Ingenuity

Accountability

A company usually has 5 Core Values

Update Core Values

Step 1: From Menu Sidebar choose Vision → Vision Page → Core values and choose icon “Edit”

Step 2: Updating Core Values and its description → Save

Tool tips: Press “Tab” on keyboard to add new core value quickly

Choose appropriate icon for your company’s Core values

Similarly with Core Values, we update Core Focus, Long-term Target, Marketing Strategy, 3-Year Target of the company

Share Vision:

On the Companies Settings modal, there is an option to "Share Vision". This function allows all the departments/teams of the company to use one Vision which has been updated by Leadership team
