Demo Feedback
Have somebody explaining what they’re looking at
Design Demo Movement
Social Proof
Why
It will be super helpful for audience to be able to understand a little more the value of each piece. I know there is a website but I genuinely dont want to have to scroll down after I look at a video.
It makes the experience of looking at the demo a lot more smooth. I cant tell what’s going on in the gif.
I see a lot of examples about the NFT projects that are popular but also that you have (BAYC) but I think you all need to make it obvious that you are BAYCs + have 28 projects launched.
Questions about Vision
Why does a community need it’s own platform?
I’d love to have you think about a more specific answer
How are you thinking about competition?
I know that discord sucks but we need to know how you think about them and where they’re doing well + approve
What’s the future of communities & how do you all fit into it?
Dropspace Pitch Deck Feedback
Here is a couple resources that I share with founders that I usually speak with. from Saba from Tech Stars that helps you lay out your pitch deck and the other is an OG pitch deck from Let me know if those are helpful.

Here’s my feedback:
2nd/3rd Slide
This is usually a slide that explains the vision and mission of the company. So what this usually is explaining is what benefit that dropspace in particular has to the world and the ecosystem. You’re giving more so a high-level overview of the problem specific to the problem.
I’d try to frame this in a way that tells a story of humanity organization: “ web2 communities were simply group chats with no alignment or trust”, “ in the future, we believe that web3 communities will be able to align around x and push important issues forward” or even something about how buildspace is building the tooling for the networked state. You get the idea. Sell me a big vision to get excited about, make it known how you see the world in the future, and then move onto the problem.
4th Slide
Problems make sense. I have no issues here. Just as a rule of thumb, to get you thinking, expand on the why. So holders are scattered across various platforms...but why does that matter and why should I care? does it make them hard to engage? are they losing access to voting? etc
5th & 6th slide
Since you have a demo, i’d make a gif of the most important part of the product. Use that as the asset v. the picture in place. I would try to rephrase the way that you present dropspace. I would use a singluar value prop.
I can imagine a value prop for dropspace like: the easiest way to bring buyers and creators together to form communities around shared goals and incentives.
This is an OG framework for Positioning and is a good exercise for you to practice : For (target customer) Who (statement of need or opportunity), (Product name) is a (product category) That (statement of key benefit). Unlike (competing alternative) (Product name)(statement of primary differentiation).
Once you have this.. start tweaking it and pitching. You want investors and customers (Crypto native or not) to understand who your customer is and the value they receive from it.

Slide 7 & 8

Since you have a demo, I would gif this up and have the steps (the words) as they are. To be frank, what you have is awesome but its bland.
Extra pitching resources:
Heres how you tweak what I mentioned on Slide 5 and 6 down ;
What’s different about the way your product/service works?
Why do you do what you do?
What is your broadest circle of prospective customers? Start with something like “Android users” or “people without cars,” and then try to get more specific, ending up with a profile of an individual model user.
What pain points are these customers experiencing? Be as clear and specific as possible. What emotions do customers associate with these pain points?
What other companies solve similar problems? Don’t just list your competitors but also their strengths and weaknesses compared to what you’re doing.
Avoid all buzzwords. If there’s one word that describes your positioning statement, it should be “human.”
