For information about editing these templates expand this section

NOTE: You can edit the email templates in . But... be very careful since it is possible to break a template. As a safety, you can revert to the original template at any time. Additionally, after your emails are sent, all templates will revert to the defaults shown above so make a copy of template changes before sending emails. If you modify these templates, it is very likely that you’ll need to modify the formula in the Show email preview column in the Prospects ready for email table (i.e., the table below).

Step 4:

Final message review, copy, and paste!

Here’s where you can preview messages that will be sent to your prospects. Previewing messages is totally optional so when you’re ready... proceed to Step 5 to send your emails!
NOTE: Click on the Build button in the table below to create the message body and message subject for each of your prospects. Unlike email messages, there is unfortunately no easy way to just click a button and send InMail messages. After clicking the Build button, you will need to copy-and-paste the message subject and body into an InMail message in LinkedIn. Hopefully, having these messages pre-built for you will make this process a bit easier.

Finally, prospects whose name and email appear in green have an existing record in Greenhouse.

IMPORTANT:
If you want to add your prospects to Greenhouse, check the toggle below.
Also, once you copy-and-paste to send your InMail, click on the Sent button in the row for your prospect!

This step is super important for tracking responses.
