NOTE: during the Jam session, Jammer’s were asked if the sourcer could use their name when reaching out to a prospect. Depending upon the Jammer’s response, the message subject and body will be changed to comply with the Jammer’s wishes.

NOTE: You can edit the email templates in
Settings

. But... be very careful since it is possible to break a template. As a safety, you can revert to the original template at any time. Additionally, after your emails are sent, all templates will revert to the defaults shown above so make a copy of template changes before sending emails. If you modify these templates, it is very likely that you’ll need to modify the formula in the Show email preview column in the Prospects ready for email table (i.e., the table below).

Step 4:

Final message review

Here’s where you can preview messages that will be sent to your prospects. Previewing messages is totally optional so when you’re ready... proceed to Step 5 to send your emails!
NOTE: Click on the Build button button to create the message body and subject. You can edit the text in the column Email Body and Email Subject to create a totally personalized message for any prospect. If you want to return to the default message body and subject, click on the Rebuild button.

Finally, prospects whose name appears in green have an existing record in Greenhouse.
When you’re done previewing and/or editing your messages proceed to Step 5.

in Gmail and send from there. If togger is unchecked, emails will be send immediately to your prospects.

Click on the second toggle if you want to push all of the prospects into Greenhouse. Prospects will appear in Greenhouse as prospects.
