Walk me through the most significant change you've made as, a manager, in response to feedback you've received about your leadership? (If a candidate hasn't been a manager before, they can give an example of response to any feedback about their performance?)
If you've had the experience, can you tell me about how you've managed someone out of your organization? If not, can you tell me how you feel about PIPs?
