Hey Kees,
thanks for the interesting meeting last Friday. As discussed we’ve thought about the different models you proposed
We are mostly interested in the long-term model with revenue-sharing agreements. The most crucial thing for us is to precisely understand how we will learn what customers actually need most. It feels like we are super dependent on how well you can forward customer demands to us. Therefore we need to understand your thoughts on that.
We could still imagine building integrations or do other normal project work for you to establish a working relationship and build up trust. To get you a rough idea of our pricing in our project work business: A man-day costs 800€ to 1000€ depending on complexity and other factors. Price-wise this is probably not competitive with your Eastern European partners. I assume that such collaboration makes the most sense for Germany or Switzerland-related projects.

Let me know what you think and what other information you might need
Thanks a lot
Florian
