· Preparation of materials for second workshop.
Stakeholder Workshop Day 2:
Agenda
· Prioritize skeletons
o Prioritizing skeletons is a key step in the persona lifecycle process.
· Identify any ‘data holes’ / additional data needs to complete prioritization
o Discuss strategy for collecting this data
· Overview of methods that can be used for site planning, design, evaluation, and release
· Persona-based experience review demonstration
o We can review your current site and/or you competition based on the persona skeletons we’ve prioritized (extent and depth of this demonstration will depend on time.)
By the end of the session, the goal is to have collaboratively created a basic set of and to have clearly identified the work required to finish them. During the rest of the workshop, we will explore ways to use the finished personas during the development process.
Post workshop discussions with sponsors
· Conclusions, listing of action items, and recommendations for next steps for the project, and planning for the ‘core team’ meetings
