Leave Management Page


Objective: Leave Management page provides a comprehensive view of approved, pending, and historical leave requests. Admins can efficiently process requests, track available leave balances, and maintain an organized record of employee absences. Prominently displayed above the table of leave records, allowing managers to quickly search for specific employees by name.

2. Leave Status Counters:
Four counters labeled "Total Leave Requests” , " Pending Approvals," "Approved Leaves," and " Rejected Leaves" are positioned at the top of the page.
Each counter displays a cumulative count of leaves in the corresponding status.
Provides a quick overview of overall leave trends.
3. Search Filter and Date Filter:
Situated in the right corner of the page, enabling managers to apply additional filters to the leave data.
The search filter allows filtering by employee name, while the date filter permits narrowing down records to a specific date range.
Combined with the global search, these filters provide comprehensive control over leave data retrieval.

4. Leave Records Table:
Occupies the central area of the page, displaying detailed leave records for all employees or filtered results based on the selected leave status filter.
Each record includes columns for Date, Employee Name, Approval Status, Leave From Date, Leave To Date, Requested On, Past Leaves, Last Updated On, Remarks, and Status Updated By.
Provides comprehensive insights into individual employee leave patterns.
5. Detailed Leave Information:
Upon selecting an individual record in the table, it expands to reveal more detailed information, including leave type, supporting documentation, and any relevant notes or comments.
Enables managers to thoroughly examine individual leave cases.
