This is a remote position, and the successful candidate would be working from home.

Has completed or is working towards a digital/creative qualification in marketing/design/media.
Preferably a degree or diploma at College or University level.
Able to demonstrate an aptitude and passion for digital marketing.
Committed to personal and career development.
An interest in the Technology / Hospitality / IT industry would also be a benefit.
Together with the Manager of Global Marketing & Design at Six Star, the apprentice would be working as part of a team in collaboration with our Product Development, Dev and Global Sales teams.
Primary role would be a digital community manager and developing social media further using your own creative initiative to push the Six Star Brand further into the industry.
Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of presentations and proposals with the use of Keynote, Powerpoint and PandaDoc.
Creative Think-Tank sessions with Marketing Team to further the Six Star Brand.
Update social media sites (Twitter, Instagram & LinkedIn)
Write blogs, articles, and posts for our website that relate to the hospitality and technology industries respectively.
Engaging with relevant social media posts and discussions on Linkedin to spread brand awareness.
Check online for company mentions / discussions and interact to drive social activity up.
Assist with forward thinking Electronic Direct Mail campaigns promoting products and services.
Social media promotion for Six Star Global using Linkedin Campaigns and Google Ads.
Develop strategies to increase Six Star's audience through other channels.
Research and analyse what competitors are doing so we stay at the forefront of the market.
Manage social media planner (Hootsuite)
Develop the marketing process researching new software that would benefit the team.
Build close working relationships with collaborators outside Six Star Global.
Use web tracking tools to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and the website.
Skills & Knowledge
To be thorough and pay attention to detail.
