Gather Feedback / Recommendations
Solicit recommendations and feedback from your friends using your birthday
SC
Spencer Chang
This is a template that allows you to gather feedback or recommendations from people. I used this to gather recommendations and feedback on my birthday, but you could just this for broader purposes as well!
Go to
Submit Form
to publish the form and send it out to start gathering responses. After, you can come back to
Triage Submissions
to triage all the submissions and respond to them. Then, for advanced users, you can go to
Data to Sync
in order to cross-doc a publicly viewable table to a public doc containing all the recommendations if you want to share them out.
You can see an example of that in my 2019 version of this:

Feel free to contact
me
if you have any trouble getting it working!
