Phases

Phase 1: Initial Setup and access to source data.
Acquire domain name, point to Github servers.
Create workflow for publishing markdown to Github pages.
Create Home page, with information about the project
Create Data Page, with information (ERDs) and links/code to download data
Create Contact page
Phase 2: Post POC updates
