While some things are required (like how you collect and send in donations), we want you to put your own creative spin on the event. Here are some planning resources to get started:

Host Checklist

This is a detailed breakdown of what you should be thinking about and preparing for as you plan for your event. There is a checklist for roughly 2 months out, 1 month out, and 1 week before the event.

NOTE: If the most strategic date for your event doesn’t allow for a 2 month prep period, that’s okay! However, make sure to reference both the 2 Months and 1 Month Checklist to make sure you’ve covered all your bases.
