Just to clarify, do we get one zoom room per workshop? can you share us the link already, so we can share it with panelists? Is the Zoom link provided on eventX to the audience?
Out of curiosity, we had a look at the rooms at the conference venue. We found pictures of the posters room. We just wanted to double check, are we sharing the the poster rooms between all workshops? It seems like there is enough room for the shared poster session GenIR-REML-ReNeuIR at 11-12:30 (~30 posters I think). But maybe not enough room to share with further workshops during that time slot.
