How many hours do you spend a week at work? 👉 You have total active hours to be set weekly Personal Goal Planning

Please take a moment and work on these columns: Priority - Prioritize each life area based on importance from High, Med, Low How Often a Week? Decide how often a week you want to commit to this area Average Duration? What is your ideal timeframe for how long you want to spend in this area? Using the Time Breakdown calculator, see how much you have allotted thus far to each area, how much free time you have left, and adjust. The goal is to use all the “total free time left”.
