Project brief

This week, it’s all about engaging your creativity! Design a dashboard in either Tableau or PowerBI that is focussed on communicating data to the audience visually utilising design elements including:

colour

layout

typography

interesting/unique chart types

Think outside the box on this one and focus on telling a story visually rather than with data. Think about the visual psychology of your design and how an uninitiated audience will consume your work.

Requirements

Choose a corporate logo from

Design a dashboard that you believe is in theme with the logo you have chosen

Use data from the Tableau Superstore to show sales and profit metrics

During your presentation, outline the reasons why you have chosen the design elements used in your dashboard
