Now, what I have in front of me here is this flowbuilding interface. (Can we add zoom ins?)
So you have a trigger node over here to the left and an add a new journey node over here to the right.
So if I want to customize this trigger to only work on organic posts, or maybe I want it to work on only this post from my library. (Can we add zoom ins? If not, we need to show “Organic posts” “Specific post” “Ad posts” words popout)
I can come in here and I can add these customization options to better filter out how I want this to automation to actually work.
We can also apply it to a specific keyword, or maybe when it mentions another user. I'm gonna just choose any post for now. ( “Specific keyword” popout)
We can also add multiple triggers at the same time, so this automation could trigger when user comments on a post, or when user sends you a message.

In order to add a new step to the automation, I'm going to click this big ad journey point button. And what this is going to do is pull up about eight different options that I can choose from for how I want to construct this journey.
And each one of these options is a different category with different types of functionality. We have actions, internal actions, conditions, segmentors, listeners, chatbots, time delays, and exports.

We're gonna go over each of these right now real quick. So, the first one here is action. Actions do something.

They are things like sending a direct message, replying to a comment, or hiding a comment. (Need these to popup)
So, if I want to send a direct message, reply to a comment, or hide a comment, I'm gonna choose action.
Next up, we have internal actions. Internal actions are things that you want to do on the Scrollmark Platform. These could be things like segmenting people into an audience group with a tag, creating a variable, escalating this journey to a human, ending the journey or adding loyalty points to somebody's loyalty account. (Need these to popup)

So if you ever want to do something on the platform, you're going to select internal action. Next up are conditions.
Conditions check to see if something is true or false, and then depending on if it's true or false, we'll do one thing or the other.
You can check for things like if the user is in an audience group. You can compare different variables. You can see if the user follows you or how many followers they have.
