Challenge: Communicating with students regarding enrollment, travel arrangements, and inquiries.
Skills and Experience: Provided timely and responsive support as a Customer Service Manager for 30 startups during two rounds of "InovAtiva de Impacto Socioambiental", the largest startup accelerator program in Latin America. Three of these startups ranked among the top 10 impact startups in 2023. Conducted interviews with startups at the beginning, middle, and end of the program to track their socio-environmental impact and handled all inquiries and event participation engagement.
✅ #3 Event Coordination
Challenge: Collaborating with program directors and teachers for in-person events and arranging logistics for diverse events.
Skills and Experience: Coordinated startup participation and registrations, organized event itineraries, and liaised with local ecosystem partners for regional activation events in the InovAtiva program. Managed monthly online learning sessions for the Colibri committee and facilitated communications. Organized year-end conferences at Impact Hub, hosting 80+ participants for strategic management and learning activities. Managed communication for Demoday events and the acceleration program's closing ceremonies.

Led a design team, co-led the Colibri Learning Committee, and actively participated in socio-environmental and diversity committees. Organized and facilitated meetings with communication leads across 8 Impact Hubs in Brazil, managed Impact Hub Brazil’s brand projects (e.g., bi-weekly HubCast podcast, LinkedIn newsletters, social media), and oversaw impact reports. Challenge: Ability to substitute teach.
Skills and Experience: Mentored young participants in the Sicredi program, providing 30 hours of mentorship and guiding one participant to win second place at Demoday. Developed a facilitation track for Impact Hub mentors and program managers, based on Art of Hosting, Liberating Structures, and facilitation concepts. Managed and developed courses at Pulsarmed Esthetic and taught a master's class on semiotics, organizing course experiences and supporting speakers.
