Whether coordinating communication at Impact Hub or analyzing data to enhance user experiences at Franq Open Banking, I have consistently prioritized creating meaningful and memorable interactions.
🧘♀️ Employ Empathy Rigorously: My experience as a Communication and Marketing Coordinator at Impact Hub Brazil has taught me the importance of understanding the unique needs and perspectives of diverse audiences. By actively listening to feedback and incorporating user insights, I have successfully developed targeted communication strategies that resonate with their intended recipients.
🗣️ Experiences Are Framed: In my role as a Full Communications Analyst at Impact Hub Floripa, I gained valuable experience in defining the scope and objectives of communication plans, ensuring that all messaging and activities aligned with the overall goals of the programs. This attention to detail and focus on framing experiences has consistently yielded positive results.
🏃 Powerful Experiences Engage the Whole Person: I believe that the most impactful experiences are those that engage individuals on multiple levels – intellectually, emotionally, and physically. In my work as a Junior Communication Analyst at Franq Open Banking, I developed product touchpoints and landing pages that informed customers and also evoked positive emotions and encouraged them to take action.
🌎 We Live in Many Worlds: My academic pursuits in Design and my independent study of Yoga as a tool for social transformation have exposed me to a wide range of perspectives and worldviews. This breadth of experience has enriched my ability to connect with diverse audiences and create inclusive learning environments.
📖 Narrative is Everywhere: As a writer and content creator, I understand the power of storytelling to captivate audiences and convey complex ideas in a relatable way. Whether crafting blog posts, social media content, or video scripts, I strive to create narratives that resonate with readers and inspire them to take action.
🤔 Design for the Unknown: My experience as an Intelligence Fellow at SOFTEX, where I analyze and interpret economic and foreign trade data, has taught me to embrace uncertainty and adapt to changing circumstances. I am comfortable working in ambiguous situations and am always seeking new information and insights to inform my decision-making.
✨ Transformative Experiences Work with Eventness: I have witnessed firsthand the power of events to spark meaningful conversations and inspire positive change. As a new member of Exposure Therapy, so far, I have participated in roundtable discussions that have challenged my thinking and broadened my perspective.
📊 Use Diagrams: I am a visual thinker and find that diagrams are invaluable tools for organizing information, clarifying complex concepts, and communicating ideas effectively. I have used diagrams in my work to map out communication strategies, track project progress, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
💙 Make Work That Matters: I am deeply passionate about using my skills and experience to make a positive impact on the world. I believe that Odyssey Works is doing important work, and I am eager to contribute to your mission of creating transformative educational experiences that empower individuals and communities.
