As the name implies, Send Money refers to transfers made by you to other banks. It shows all your transfer records. To transfer money from your account to other accounts, follow these steps:
Click on Send money and click “Send Money”
Type in the amount you want to send
Add a narration (what the money is for), though this is optional
Choose the recipient if the person is saved as a beneficiary. To learn how to save a beneficiary, click
To categorize a transfer means to select a category for which the transfer belongs. It could be for transport, fuel, food vendors, etc. Click
to learn how to create Expense categories.
Categorized expenses are usually saved under Expense Categories. If the transfer you want to make belongs to an expense category:
Click “Categorize this transfer” and select the column under Expense category.
Choose from your saved categories.
Click +Add new to add a new category, if the category for which you’re about to make the transfer doesn’t fall under your saved categories
Click “Send now” to transfer the money to the recipient
The Transfer Summary shows the details for the transfer you’re about to make. You can make a cross-check on the details, and when you’re sure, click “Confirm transfer”. Your transfer will be made immediately.
NOTE: Categorizing a transfer is optional, as it doesn’t determine if the transfer will go through or not.
Can I reverse a transaction?
